These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Streaks (the "App"), published by us on the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using Streaks, you agree to these Terms.
Streaks is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a habit-tracking tool. You must be using a device running a compatible version of iOS (17.0 or later) to use the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Habits, notes, categories, and any other data you create in Streaks ("Your Content") belongs to you. Streaks stores Your Content locally on your device and, if you opt in, in your personal iCloud account. We claim no ownership over Your Content and do not access it.
Streaks offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Premium Insights") that unlocks additional statistics and a higher habit limit. This is a one-time, non-subscription purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled entirely by Apple according to their App Store refund policy — we do not process payments or refunds directly.
Streaks does not require an account and stores data locally on your device. While the App offers optional iCloud backup and manual export features, you are responsible for backing up Your Content. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device loss, damage, app deletion, or failure to enable/maintain backups.
Streaks is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Streaks is a general productivity and habit-tracking tool. It is not intended to provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to your health or well-being based on information tracked in the App.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using Streaks at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App or any of its features at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by Apple's own Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
To the extent this document conflicts with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for App Store apps, Apple's Standard EULA governs. You can review it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
